Healing Care Hospice is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our growing team. This job presents a tremendous opportunity to work within the Hospice industry and work side-by-side with the Human Resources Manager. The desired candidate will need to be able to pay strong attention to detail, work within a fast-paced environment, and have a strong sense of understanding Hospice or Medical work environment. You must also have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Primary Duties:

1) Employee recruitment:

• work hand-in-hand with the HR Manager to determine the need for new hires as the company grows.
• Ensure all candidates have been reviewed by the recruiter.
• Time management is key.
• Daily update and meetings with the HR Manager re: status and how many candidates have been reached out to.
• Update daily recruitment onboarding spreadsheet.
• Manage requisition form before the recruiter can post ANY job.
• Partner with operations managers daily re: scheduling candidates and making sure zoom meetings are taking place.
• Each candidate should have a questionnaire filled out.
• Working Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
• Bachelor's degree in communication or business administration is desired (unless 5 years of work experience can override the education).

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
