HR/Front Desk Receptionist Job at Pioneer Construction
Job Title: H.R. Coordinator-Front Desk Reports To: H.R. Director

Position Summary
Human Resources Coordinator looking to expand their knowledge in the Human Resources world. Offers a great work-life balance, with lots of room for HR knowledge and growth. The individual should be deadline-oriented, and results-driven.
Essential Responsibilities (Est. time 100% Field)
1. Management of confidential personnel files.
2. Process HR mail
3. Serve as a resource to employees on HR policies and procedures
4. Conduct an employee exit interview
5. Update employee manual
6. Assist in resume reviews and recruitment.
7. Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
8. Assist safety Director with administrative duties
9. Reference checks.
10. Assist in the Benefit renewal process and company rollout
11. Front Desk administrative duties as assigned
OTHER DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proficient in Excel and some HRIS Software/databases (Foundations)
- Strong organizational skills
- Superb communication with all levels of staff.
- PLANNING/ ORGANIZATION
- Prioritize tasks .
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
WORK SCHEDULE/ HOURS
- Monday/Tuesday from 7 am-4 pm (may include some Saturdays and evenings).
STARTING COMPENSATION
Varies; Salaries negotiated.
