American Pride is seeking an outgoing individual, with a "People-Come-First" attitude to fill the role of HR Coordinator. On a daily basis, you will work closely with our teams to enhance the employee experience from the time of onboarding throughout their tenure with American Pride.

HR Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with and encourage a team
• Aptitude for technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

HR Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares employees for assignment by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Conducts regular "Wellness Meetings" with staff, address any concerns, elevates issues when needed.
• Processes and prepares timecards and company payroll
• Plan and execute employee wellness events
• Communicate with appropriate personnel and management regarding any problems and work to find immediate resolution.
• Prepares, updates and facilitates employee orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
