Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to motivate and support other team members
• Strong communication skills to support both customers, peers and subordinates
• Navigate company provided tablet used to generate quotes / invoices for customers
• Coordinating work and work activities with others
• Organizing, planning and prioritizing work

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years previous minimum home service plumbing experience as a high performing plumbing service technician with a verifiable track record of hitting KPI's of revenue, average ticket and closing ratio
• Experience with technical diagnosis & installation
• Accountability mindset
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Honesty & integrity
• Proven history of leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years previous minimum home service plumbing experience as a high performing plumbing service technician with a verifiable track record of hitting KPI's of revenue, average ticket and closing ratio
• Valid Drivers license with great driving skills
• Dependable, ambitious, goal driven and well organized
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people & resources
