Station at Old Town is a Class A, 286-unit apartment community located in the Lewisville area of Dallas. We are interviewing candidates for a Groundskeeper position who ideally possess 2 years of Grounds experience, are very detail oriented and a team player.

Groundskeeper Job Requirements

• Majority of the time will be cleaning as well as picking up community grounds
• Cleaning the office and amenity areas
• Pressure washing
• Cleaning exterior buildings and breezeways
• Good customer service skills
• Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
• Preparing vacant apartments for occupancy
• Other job duties as assigned by Supervisor
