Schofield Chiropractic Group in Cedar Falls, Iowa is growing! We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to fill a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant position in our practice. This position is the face and voice of our practice and is the first point of contact for our patients. Responsibilities of this job include: answering the telephone in a pleasant voice, welcoming patients when they arrive at the office, accepting and posting payments from EOBs, verifying insurance benefits, balancing cash drawer, scheduling patients, data entry, administration of therapeutic ultrasound, e-stim, and other duties as assigned. The right candidate for this position must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, have great phone skills, outstanding organizational skills, and be great with people. The person hired for this position will be cross trained in insurance billing procedures, including posting payments and charges to ledgers, claim denial follow up, and provider credentialing. Computer knowledge is a requirement for this position. Approximately 40 hours per week Monday through Friday.
