We're looking for individuals who feel passionate about customer service, understand the importance of building long-term relationships with service customers, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.

As a Hello Service Advisor you'll be responsible for building a loyal clientele, attaining high CSI scores, maintaining good employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining service records. Additionally, you'll help resolve service concerns of all customers, and ensure that service is performed at the highest level.

This position pays between $28-$40 per hour, depending on the applicant's level of prior automotive experience and applicable job skills.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous automotive service advisor experience a must for this position
• Mazda experience a plus
• Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills with customers and coworkers alike
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Team player
• Calm and patient personality who loves to help customers and create relationships
• Lifelong learner mindset - driven to learn about technology, tools and processes
• Ability to consult with customers to help them create a customized service plan for their vehicle.
• Available to work Saturdays

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing a great customer experience!
• Building long lasting customer relationships!
• Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
• Communicating with customers regarding their needs.
• Listening to requests of the customer and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
• Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer’s schedule.
• Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
• Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed
