Entry Level Personal Injury Attorney Job at Dennis Hernandez & Associates, P.A.
Plaintiff’s personal injury law firm seeks an entry level attorney for our Tampa, Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Ft. Myers, and Orlando Florida offices.
Qualified candidates must possess all the following credentials:
· Be a graduate from law school in the top third of their law school class; &
· Be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida
Key Responsibilities include:
· Managing full case load from case inception to post-trial
· Conferring with clients
· Drafting demands
· Negotiating settlements
· Drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law
· Attending depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Must be proficient in Lexis Nexis, MS Word and Excel
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals, and other office staff in a professional manner
· Ability to delegate and prioritize as necessary
· Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
