Nardy Honda Smithtown is currently accepting applications for Full-Time and Part-Time Service Center Cashiers / Receptionists. No automotive experience required.

Responsibilities
- Close-out the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
- Make change accurately, issue receipts to customers and capture customer electronic signatures
- Answer phones and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
- Book or edit customer service appointments over the phone
Qualifications
- Ability to work within our shift schedule including Saturdays
- Ability to follow Supervisors’ instructions
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Professional personal appearance
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work well with coworkers
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
