CNC Set-Up Operator Job at C&A Machine Co., Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Hold tight tolerances associated with the machining of precision parts. Operate machine, ensuring part conformance to specifications and requirements with minimal supervision
- Read and understand standard and geometric tolerances on blue prints and work instructions/operations sheets.
- Read blueprints and drawings, including symbols, and use them to set up machines for operations such as drilling, boring, shaping, etc.
- Make necessary modifications or adjustments to program and offsets.
- Detect faulty operations and materials and report these along with other problems to immediate supervisor
- Mastercam experience a definite plus.
