- Full-Time
- Temp-to-Hire
- $18/hr
- 1st shift, 5am-1:30 pm with overtime
- 2nd shift, 3:30 pm-12am with overtime
- Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit options
- Benefits available (Health, Dental, Vision, Term-Life Insurance)

- Read and interpret blueprints
- Assemble product
- Ensure quality control
- Repair rejected parts
- Operate test equipment
- Maintain inventory control and documentation
- Assist in training other employee
- Adhere to all safety standards
- Paint and assembly pumps
- Prepare pumps for shipping
- Load and unload motors on paint line
- Process and complete paperwork
Requirements for this position:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year previous work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret directions and blueprints
- Basic knowledge of shipping procedures
- Ability to work well alone or in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, squat, bend, kneel, twist and reach
