Analyst, Strategic Performance Job at Tennessee Valley Authority
Supports design, development, implementation and oversight of HR&C service-oriented strategic solutions. Provides planning, coordination, management and support of key organizational activities and initiatives in alignment with HR&C strategic priorities. Supports team and business partners in the following areas: Strategy Coordination, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Organizational Performance, Vendor & Contract Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Digital Solutions, Metrics & Analytics, and Organizational Change Management.
Primary Responsibilities
This position will focus on at least one of two functional areas within the Strategic Planning & Performance organization, which include the following responsibilities:

- Fosters culture of accountability, trust, collaboration, development, and results consistent with the short and long-term objectives of the HR&C organization
HR&C Strategic Performance
- Provides analyst-level support to team members and business partners to address strategic performance initiatives and monitors progress leveraging leading practices in the industry to understand business trends
- Supports the people experience and analyzes organizational performance across HR&C through activities such as supporting HR&C Continuous Improvement initiatives and HR&C Model Governance
- Responsible for supporting and enabling change management of HR&C initiatives, including effective planning & coordination across HR&C and the broader organization.
- Supports HR&C by managing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with TVA Governance Framework
- Supports regulatory reporting and compliance-centered legal activities
- Supports effectiveness of TVA’s compliance programs, practices, and procedures to improve process and reduce corporate risk; executes periodical audits to ensure compliance with US labor laws
- Analyzes business processes and case studies to recommend areas of improvement to positively impact the People First Experience
- Supports strengthening model and People First Experience through support and coordination of HR&C leadership connections and team development
- Coordinates activities related to closing model gaps and supporting model effectiness through continuous improvement action tracking and reporting
