Lux Global Label is a leading manufacturer of pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, and security solutions. Lux Global Label, a preferred partner to many of the world's most trusted brands, has a current opening for a Plate and Screen Maker. This is a second-shift position with the possibility of overtime.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

Experience in a manufacturing setting

Ability to run machines to produce plates and screens

Ability to follow production schedules

Dependability

Strong work ethic

Other Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

· Make digital flexo plates, offset plates, and silkscreens

· Maintain product segregation and security.

· Maintain complete and accurate documentation.

· Maintain clean and organized working area.

· Follow all safety rules and regulations.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or a combination of education and experience

· Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Critical attention to detail & accuracy looks for improvements to work processes and takes advantage of tools & resources, finds root cause of quality problems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with other departments and transfer critical knowledge and information to the next shift.

Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, stays focused under pressure, and meets attendance/punctuality requirements.

Adapts to change and adjusts to meet needs, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities as required
