Responsibilities will be receiving various incoming and outgoing patient focused phone calls for assigned clients and programs in accordance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and federal laws and regulations

• Patient education specialist is responsible for processing various incoming and outgoing patient focused phone calls for assigned clients and programs in accordance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and federal laws and regulations
• Call processing includes providing education information and materials, transferring calls to the RN on the team to overcoming patient objection or barriers, transitioning between script elements, questions, resolving issues and providing customer service
• Patient education specialist should maintain established quality and completed calls per hour goals while supporting Salelytics goals and objectives
• Collaborate with the RN to obtain product knowledge regarding medical device, clinical data, patient process and recommend physicians

Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.

Education

• Must be 18 or older and have a High School education or GED required
• Additional education may be required based on individual projects and/or locations
• Licensed RN required

Experience

• Candidates need to meet the experience requirements for specific program
