The Bradley Group is searching for highly energetic individuals for our Order Selector positions in Greensboro, NC.

We have a 1st shift positions open working for a major grocery distribution warehouse. These openings are temp-to-hire with huge income earning and benefit potential!

Qualified candidates must be able to pass a thorough background investigation.

The 1st shift is a rotating schedule beginning at 8:30am until the job is complete During training weeks the start time would be 6am. Extra shifts are always available! Starting pay is 16.85$ per hour!!!!

You will be required to

• WORK IN EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS- ( -17 DEGREES)
• Heavy lifting required - Lift up to 80lbs frequently (unassisted)
• Walk around the warehouse for the duration of the shift
• Operate a pallet jack (training is offered)
• Fill requisitions or requests for stock items
• Shrink wrap product on pallet according to procedure
• Mark products or items with identifying information
• Use computer to enter records
• Read and write, add multiply and divide by 10's and 100's
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Perform additional job functions as requested by supervisor or manager
• Follow company's attendance policy by coming to work on time and when scheduled
• Follow company's safety policies and procedures

Potential earnings if hired on with customer:

• Production incentive pay on top of your hourly pay; once you meet 95% production, associates in their department pay range is between $25.02 - $40.00; After you surpass 95% for production, your pay will continue to increase!
• Profit sharing bonus twice a year.
• $500 referral bonus for friends/family referred, interviewed, and hired as a full-time associate.
• Rewards card for a local gas station. Which we could all use with the price of gas currently.

Medical benefits after 90 days of employment

Pay: $16.00 - $16.85 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Greensboro, NC 27410: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
