This is a work from home position that will require you to train onsite for 4 weeks.

We aim to interview every qualified candidate within 24 hours of application with same day decision.

In this role you will be taking inbound phone calls from patients that are interested in having a sleep apnea procedure done, so you will work them through to see if they meet the requirements.

Candidates who excel in this role have prior experience in customer service, , healthcare industry, and or call center experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Care Job Functions–

• Customer Care representatives are responsible for taking inbound phone calls in accordance with policies, procedures, & quality standards. Also will make outbound calls to work customers through the surgery process.
• Call processing includes asking questions to qualify the for the surgery. Pre and post follow up calls.
• Maintain excellent call quality

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 or older and have a High School education or GED required
• Healthcare experience (Preferred)
• Willingness to work in office
• Customer Service

Skills

• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Excellent customer service skills –solving customer problems and offering solutions
• Ability to handle multiple/concurrent tasks/computer programs

Post Training Schedule:

This position will have a schedule of 11:30 to 8PM – 5pm Monday – Friday

Training Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
